Judicial Insight

Terms of Use

Last updated: Oct 3, 2026

By using Judicial Insight you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short.

What Judicial Insight is

Judicial Insight turns real, public court rulings from the United States, France, and India into short cards. You read the facts, vote on how you would decide, then see what the court actually did.

Not legal advice

Everything here is for general information and entertainment. It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Summaries are written with the help of AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Always check the original ruling (linked on each case) and talk to a qualified lawyer about your own situation.

Sources

Court rulings come from public sources, including CourtListener (Free Law Project) for the United States, Légifrance and Judilibre (French government open data, Licence Ouverte) for France, and Indian Kanoon for India. Rulings remain public documents; our summaries, cards, and images are our own work.

Your account and posts

  • Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what you post.
  • You keep ownership of your comments. You allow us to show, store, and share them on Judicial Insight (for example in previews of shared links) for as long as they stay up.
  • You can delete your comments, and ask us to delete your account.

Community rules

We may hide or remove content and limit or close accounts that break these rules. Content reported for personal information is hidden right away while we review it.

  • Never post anything that could identify a victim, a witness, or a minor — names, schools, workplaces, addresses, photos, or social-media accounts. Many countries make this a crime, especially in sexual-offence and child cases.
  • No harassment, threats, hate speech, or calls for violence or vigilante action.
  • No personal contact details, spam, or advertising.
  • Do not present rumours as facts or accuse named people of crimes the court did not find.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service at scale, interfere with it, manipulate votes (for example with bots or multiple accounts), or use it to break the law.

Liability

We provide Judicial Insight “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on its content or for losses caused by outages or errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Judicial Insight means you accept it. Questions: judicalinsight2026@gmail.com.
